Providing expertise in project Management with proven methodology to supervise and control the project Management Advisory Services, (PMAS), and represent Project Owner’s task in the execution of physical construction form planning the resources, controlling the critical activities, estimating construction budget allocation, including review, of contactor proposal for vendor-material-subcontractor’s proposal for vendor-material-subcontractor selection, construction method, and FTP reviews, material & equipment specification compliance reviews, workmanship supervision, assessment of contractor’s claims, assistance to plant commissioning activity, issuance certification on major works completed, preparing completion report-manual-contract close out documentation and other strategic directives to support quality assurances of the plant (QA-QC aspect )
4. Plant rehabilitation, operation, and maintenance
EMKA expertise covers the rehabilitation of all major components of a power plant, through full assessment on critical operation condition of the plant relating to the cost versus plant performance. Professional recommendation on required rehabilitation options is the most key judgments in order to extend the plant life increase the capacity and reduce fuel cost, while on the others side reducing outage rate, maintenance cost and environmental impact.
